Mirroring 

Mirroring is a very effective way to involve participants in movement, sound and even a theatrical story. They participate by copying the facilitator exactly, as if there were a mirror between the facilitator and the group.

Mirroring with music instruments

This is a variation on mirroring, where the facilitator and participants use musical instruments.

Boomwhackers

Boomwhackers are musical instruments, colored tubes with each a different tone. In this video we make music with them, using the technique called Call and Response. The facilitator makes a rhythm or sound, the group repeats it exactly.

Passing around the circle 

Just a simple game, passing the boomwhackers in a circle. Everybody plays one time, around the circle. You can make different variations. Participants can (for example) chose left or right. Colors are in order of the rainbow. 

لعبة بسيطة، يتم فيها تمرير قاذفات القنابل في دائرة. يلعب الجميع مرة واحدة، حول الدائرة. يمكنكم ابتكار أشكال مختلفة. يمكن للمشاركين (على سبيل المثال) اختيار اليسار أو اليمين. الألوان مرتبة حسب قوس قزح.
